Brick To The Future Part 2 on Flickr.Suddenly as Marty was coming out of the time vortex he entered Bricksburg as Emmet was falling through the infinite abyss of nothingness. Emmet grabbed on to the back of the Delorean and Marty flew time to safety.
(I would have loved to have seen this in the lego movie)
I managed to knock the car during the exposure, but it turned out to be a really nice touch to the final image so I kept it.
Stay tuned for more brick to the future.

Emmet And The Infinite Abyss Of Nothingness on Flickr.I’ve been working on this for a while now trying to find and perfect the right technique for the shot. Last night after a few more attempts I was brain storming with my wife when we came up with the right one. After a couple more attempts we managed to produce a shot we we’re happy with. This is the result. It’s my personal take on the Lego Movie where Emmet is falling in to the Infinate abyss of nothingness from the top of the Octan tower.
More to come soon.
Enjoy

The Moon Thief on Flickr.Ever wonder where the moons goes for half of the month? The Moon Thief has stuck, he steels the moon right out of the sky and wields it’s awesome power in his hands. Born in the el wire fire with large horns upon his head. Keep an eye out!
Pretty cool ey? a new character i’ve been working on, i’m really quite pleased with it, keep an out out for more shots involving The Moon Thief.
Shot in my back garden, took about 3 attempts, lucky we got it on this one because the el wire packed up after dropping it. My wife did most of the light painting under my instruction, she is good like that. The Moon is a light stencil, the red flames is el wire. one flash from above mainly focusing on my body to keep the horns and head silhouetted.
Inspired by my buddy James De Luna, but with my own twist, not managed to get in to moon lens swapping yet.
Enjoy
